Add it as a custom connector or remote MCP server in your AI app. It works with any app that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in.

  • Claude

    Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL → Connect.

  • ChatGPT

    Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode → Create → paste the URL (paid ChatGPT plans).

  • Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code

    Add an MCP server of type "http" with the URL, and sign in when asked.

When you connect, your AI app opens a Mirox page. You sign in with your Mirox account, pick the account it may use (agencies: which clients), and choose whether it may apply changes you approve. Nothing is shared until you click Approve. Your AI app never sees your Mirox password or your Amazon login.

To disconnect, open Settings → AI connectors in Mirox and remove the app. It stops working immediately.

Read your account

Spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS, TACoS and orders per marketplace, in that marketplace's own currency. Campaigns, keywords, the search terms shoppers typed, product settings and your change history.

Explain Mirox's decisions

Why Mirox raised, lowered or held a bid: the numbers it used, the limit that decided it, and its reason in plain words.

Simulate a change

What a change would do to spend, sales and ACoS before you commit to it. Available on every plan, including the free Simulation Mode.

Propose changes

Block search terms that waste money, pause or enable campaigns, set a product's max bid and target ACoS, pause or resume a product's campaigns and, on Growth and Scale, change campaign budgets. Always for your approval.

Undo

Any change applied this way can be reverted from the change history, in the chat or in the Mirox dashboard.

What it will not do

  • Change anything you have not approved. The assistant can only propose.
  • Set individual keyword bids. Mirox sets those itself; you steer them with a product's max bid and target ACoS.
  • Archive campaigns. Archiving on Amazon cannot be undone, so it is not offered.
  • Add up amounts across marketplaces or convert currencies. Each marketplace is reported in its own currency.

How a change happens

The assistant proposes. You decide.

  1. 01The assistant simulates the change and proposes it. Nothing on Amazon changes yet.
  2. 02You see the proposal with its forecast: as an approval card in the chat in apps that show cards, otherwise as a confirmation from your app.
  3. 03You approve or cancel. An approved change goes through the same path as one you make in the Mirox dashboard, so the kill switch, your go-live setting and every safety limit still apply. In Simulation Mode it is recorded but not sent to Amazon.
  4. 04It appears in your change history, marked as made by an AI assistant, and can be undone from there.

A proposal that is not approved expires after one hour. A single change can at most double a budget or cut it to a quarter. Each approval has an item limit set by your plan (below).

A request is one thing the assistant asks Mirox, such as reading performance or proposing a change. The count resets every month.

Agencies: one connection reaches every client workspace your seat can open, and each client uses the agency's plan. A client's own read-only login can read and simulate but never change anything.

Security and your data

What the connection can reach, and for how long.

  • Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Your AI app gets its own access, never your password.
  • Access expires after one hour and is renewed with a refresh token that lasts 30 days and is replaced every time it is used. If an old one is ever reused, the whole connection is shut off.
  • We store only a hash of each access token and API key. A copy of our database would not let anyone use them.
  • Every request is checked against your account and role at the moment it is made, so removing a team member or a client takes effect immediately.
  • Mirox never receives your customers' personal data from Amazon, so none of it can reach your AI app.

What you ask for is sent to the AI app you connected, and that provider handles it under your agreement with them. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Questions

Before you connect.

Does this cost extra?

No. It is part of every Mirox plan, including the free Simulation Mode. Your plan sets what the assistant may change and how many requests it can make each month.

Can the AI change my bids on its own?

No. It can only propose. A change is applied when you approve it, and Mirox keeps setting keyword bids itself, as it always does.

Which AI apps work?

Claude, ChatGPT (paid plans, in developer mode), Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, and any other app that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI apps use outside tools. The Mirox MCP server is how your AI app talks to your Mirox account.

How do I stop it?

Remove the app under Settings → AI connectors in Mirox. It loses access immediately. You can also disconnect it in your AI app's own settings.
