Who we help: Any business or ecommerce brand who is selling physical goods or products in Europe.

Selling into Europe means holding stock in more than one country, and holding stock in a country generally means being registered for VAT there. Pan-European FBA can put your inventory in seven countries without you deciding to, and each one carries its own registration, its own filing calendar and its own idea of what a correct return looks like. The One-Stop Shop return replaced a stack of individual ones in 2021 without removing the need to be registered where your goods physically sit, and the UK sits outside the EU VAT system entirely. Most sellers discover all of this after the fact.

The Amazon case is the one our sellers arrive with, and we send them there because it is the question we get asked that is furthest from what we do, and the one where a wrong answer is most expensive. A seller who guesses at VAT registration does not find out for a year, and then finds out with interest. It is not a problem an advertising system can help with, and pretending otherwise would waste their time and ours.

The arrangement runs both ways: they list Mirox on their partner directory, we list them here, and each of us earns a share when a customer we introduced stays. Neither side of that changes what a seller pays. It is disclosed because a recommendation with money behind it should say so.
