Volumetris
Inventory planning for ecommerce brands that hold their own stock. Reorder points, POs and suppliers handled, so bestsellers stay in stock.
How we help: We map every product, supplier and place stock can sit, set a reorder point for each product, and send a weekly plan: which POs to place, how much and by when, which transfers to make, and what is at risk. We also chase suppliers on open orders and reconcile stock across Amazon, Shopify and 3PLs. Across fifteen client engagements, the systems we ran tracked 2,439 purchase orders (9 clients) and 7,870 SKUs (13 clients).
Who we help: Brands on Amazon, Shopify or Walmart that buy their own stock, with long lead times and stock in more than one place. Good PPC needs stock behind it, and we make sure the products you push don't run out.
For Mirox sellers: A free 30-minute fit call. Bring your stock report and we'll tell you on the call which products are at risk in the next 90 days. calendly.com/volumetris/30min
When a product runs out of stock on Amazon, its ads stop running and its ranking starts to slip. When the stock comes back, the product has to earn that ranking again, and that costs ad spend.
If a campaign stopped working because a product ran out, the fix is not in the ads. It is in reorder points, supplier lead times and stock spread across Amazon, Shopify and 3PLs. That is planning work, and it is what Volumetris does.
The arrangement runs both ways: they list Mirox on their site, we list them here, and each of us earns a share when a customer we introduced stays. Neither side changes what a seller pays. We say so because a recommendation with money behind it should.
The other half
Stock is theirs. The ad budget is ours.
Once the stock is there, the question is what the ad budget does with it. Mirox runs your Amazon PPC: it sets bids, adds negative keywords and paces spend to your target, and shows the reason for every change. Planning stock and spending on ads are two different jobs, which is why we are happy to point at each other.
