A 15-minute weekly PPC review with an AI assistant: one reusable prompt
Save one prompt with your own numbers in a Claude or ChatGPT project and get the same four lists (stop, too expensive, grow, wait) from your search term report every week. You check the rows and make every change yourself.

Do this today
1Once: make a project in Claude or ChatGPT ("Weekly PPC review") and paste the prompt as its instructions, with your own profit per sale and break-even ACoS (profit before ads ÷ price).
2Same day every week: download the Sponsored Products search term report for the last 30 days, attach it with your decisions note, and type "Weekly review".
3Check 3 rows against the report, decide each line yourself, make the changes in the console, and write them (date, term, change) in the decisions note.
The common mistake
Cutting the same bid again the next week: for about 4 weeks a 30-day report is still mostly the old bid's clicks, so the term looks just as bad and gets cut too far. The WAIT list stops that. The other mistake: applying the AI's list without checking rows against the export.
